Features:

1.Equipped with sealed-pipe-type maintenance-free micro-focus X-Ray tubes.

3.All moving parts are equipped with ball screws and driven by steppers, so motions are smoother with high precision and lower noise.

4.High-voltage power source and X-Ray tubes are connected in a split way. If there is anything wrong with the power source, you do not have to replace the whole X-Ray system and it is also very convenient to maintain the power source.

5.Equipped with software to calculate the BGA void ratio automatically. 6.Automatic X-ray tube protection: if no operation happens on the system for *0 minutes, the system will turn off automatically and come into protection mode.
